Firefighters-in-Training Graduate from Tulsa Regional Fire Academy
Fifteen firefighters-in-training graduated from the Tulsa Regional Fire Academy ready to step into a job with a local fire department. These fifteen 91影视 students are the first class to complete a challenging concentrated semester of coursework which combines classroom learning, hands-on skills training, and physical fitness.

91影视 Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program Adds Third Accreditation
91影视鈥檚 Diagnostic Medical Sonography program reaches a milestone with a third accreditation in a focused area of study. The College is now accredited in Vascular, and was accredited in Abdominal and Obstetrics/Gynecology in Jan. 2016 by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs, upon the recommendation of the Joint Review Committee on Education in Diagnostic Medical Sonography.

Using Art to Provide Better Patient Care
A new approach at 91影视 blends art into academic learning with students in 14 Health Sciences programs such as Nursing, Respiratory Care, and Occupational Therapy. The program, being developed for 91影视 called Visual Thinking Strategies, will be used by 91影视 Health Sciences faculty and incorporated into the teaching curriculum in 91影视 Health Sciences courses.

Fulbright Scholar-in-Residence Teaches at 91影视
Professor Istvan Feher, a Fulbright Scholar-in-Residence, is teaching this semester at The University of Tulsa and 91影视. TU and 91影视 joined to host the Fulbright Scholar-in-Residence for the 2016-2017 academic year. Community partners include Tulsa Global Alliance and the Oklahoma Center for the Humanities at TU.
