File a Report

This form is to be used for reporting information necessary to initiate an investigation of alleged acts of:

  • Dating violence
  • Domestic violence
  • Retaliation
  • Sexual harassment
  • Sexual misconduct
  • Stalking

This form is also used to report alleged discrimination against:

  • Pregnant and parenting individuals
  • Transgender individuals

A report will prompt the Director of Civil Rights Compliance/Title IX Coordinator to:

  • Notify the complainant, about supportive measures
  • Discuss the process to file a formal complaint, but it does not prompt a Title IX investigation.

A formal complaint is when a complainant files a signed document alleging sexual harassment and requests the College to investigate the allegation.

Northeast Oklahoma Community Resources

A collection of Northeast Oklahoma community resources designed to give 91影视 students support to be successful. While this list is not exhaustive, we have made every effort to include many services in Tulsa County and surrounding areas.

Absences due to medical conditions relating to pregnancy will be excused for as long as deemed medically necessary and students will be given the opportunity to make up missed work. A student is allowed to return to the same academic and extracurricular status as before the medical leave began. You can view a short on pregnant student rights. To support our faculty and staff, we are providing a Pregnancy and Parenting Guidance document that will answer many questions. In addition, Stephanie Merritt, Associate Professor in the Nursing School, has recorded a for faculty on pregnant students' rights.

The College supports the rights of nursing mothers in the workplace in compliance with the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. Mothers returning to work following the birth of a child will be provided reasonable break periods to express breast milk. The College has dedicated a Lactation room on every 91影视 campus for any student, employee, or visitor to use to express milk or to be used to feed a child if desired.
