  3. OpenStax Saves 91Ó°ÊÓ Students Thousands of Dollars in Textbook Costs

    An initiative to help 91Ó°ÊÓ students with the cost of textbooks expands this semester to reach an estimated 2,500 students. 91Ó°ÊÓ partnered with OpenStax, a Rice University-based nonprofit publisher, in the summer of 2016 to boost the use of free online and low cost textbooks across 91Ó°ÊÓ courses.

  4. 91Ó°ÊÓ Corrections Education Program Sees Largest Graduation Ceremony

    Cody Zimmer is one of 57 individuals at Dick Conner Correctional Center in Hominy, Oklahoma graduating with a certificate or degree from 91Ó°ÊÓ. The commencement ceremony was held on Thursday, July 20 and was the largest group since the 91Ó°ÊÓ Corrections Education program started in 2007 as a partnership between the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, Dick Conner Correctional Center and 91Ó°ÊÓ.
